in accordance with section 250D of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth), appoints:
to act as its representative to attend and vote at general meetings of the Company and to exercise its rights in relation to any resolution which is proposed to be passed without a general meeting.
The GTO also appoints that person as its agent to appoint on behalf of the Member (and to the exclusion of the GTO's own right to do so), as that person may determine from time to time, proxies to cast the GTO's vote at any general meetings of the Company.
This appointment revokes all prior appointments by the GTO and is valid until it is revoked in writing.
